Accessibility statement

Last updated: October 21, 2026

Solport is committed to making its website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities and older people. This statement explains which parts of the site already meet the accessibility requirements, which do not yet, and how to let us know about any barrier you find.

Scope

This statement applies to the public website solport.net, in Spanish and in English. It also includes a section on Solport's management application for customers, because its users reach it from this site.

Reference standard

Our reference is the EN 301 549:2022 standard, whose web requirements match the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with EN 301 549:2022 due to the non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

On the solport.net website

  • Google map in the contact section: third-party content that only loads on request and whose accessibility we do not control (WCAG success criterion 4.1.2). The address is available as text on the page, with a link to open it in Google Maps. No fix date, as it depends on a third party.
  • Screenshots of the applications with text inside the image (criterion 1.4.5). They have alternative text describing what they show, but it does not reproduce all the text in the screenshot. Planned fix: 31 March 2027.
  • Decorative animations in some headers that only stop when the system's reduce-motion preference is enabled (criterion 2.2.2). They convey no information. Planned fix: 31 March 2027.
  • Page rating invitation: it appears on its own in a corner after a few seconds and does not receive keyboard focus (criterion 2.4.3). It can be closed with its button and does not cover the content. Planned fix: 31 March 2027.
  • Mobile navigation drop-down menus: focus order and closing with the Escape key are still to be reviewed on every product page (criteria 2.1.1 and 2.4.3). Planned fix: 31 March 2027.

In the management application for customers

These issues are being fixed:

  • Visible focus: on some controls it is not clear which element has keyboard focus (criterion 2.4.7). Planned fix: 31 December 2026.
  • Sign-in: the bot check and some error messages are not fully accessible with a screen reader (criteria 1.1.1, 3.3.1 and 4.1.3). Planned fix: 31 December 2026.
  • Public sign-up form: some fields and errors are not announced correctly by screen readers (criteria 1.3.1, 3.3.1 and 3.3.2). Planned fix: 31 December 2026.
  • Single-key keyboard shortcuts: they cannot be turned off or remapped (criterion 2.1.4). Planned fix: 31 December 2026.

If you need the information in any of this content in an accessible format, write to us (see below) and we will provide it by other means.
