Cookie policy

Last updated: June 10, 2026

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. This site also uses the browser's local storage (localStorage), which works in a similar way. In this policy we refer to both technologies as "cookies", as Art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) does.

This policy supplements section 4 of our privacy policy, where we explain the site's other data processing activities.

2. Who uses them

The controller is Solport Sistemas, S.L. (tax ID B64039894), Carrer 27, 10-16, Sector BZ, Sants-Montjuïc, 08040 Barcelona (Spain). For any question about cookies, write to us at info@solport.net.

3. Which cookies we use

3.1 Technical (always active)

These are needed for the site to work and to remember what you yourself have decided. They do not require consent.

  • spldconsent and spldconsent_version (local storage, first-party): store your cookie decision and the version of this policy you decided on, so we do not ask you again on every page. They are kept until you clear the site's data in your browser.
  • spldreviewpromptdismissed and spldreviewpromptsubmitted (local storage, first-party): remember whether you have closed or already answered the invitation to rate the site, so it is not shown to you again. They are kept until you clear the site's data.

3.2 First-party analytics (only with your consent)

These are only activated if you accept analytics in the cookie banner.

  • spldvisitor (first-party cookie, set by api.solport.net): a random identifier that lets us count the site's page views and unique visitors. It does not contain your name or email, and the associated IP address is not stored as such but as a cryptographic digest (hash) from which it cannot be recovered. It expires after 365 days or when you withdraw your consent.

We do not use advertising cookies or share this data with advertising networks.

3.3 Third-party

  • Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): an anti-spam check that only loads when you start filling in the site's rating form. Cloudflare may process your IP address to tell people apart from automated programs. More information in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
  • Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.): the map in the contact section is loaded from Google's servers, which may process your IP address and set their own cookies. More information in Google's privacy policy.

4. How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can change your decision at any time, with future effect, from Cookie preferences. It is also in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. If you block the technical ones, the site may ask you about cookies again on every visit.

5. International transfers

Cloudflare and Google belong to groups headquartered in the United States. The safeguards we apply to those transfers are described in section 5.2 of the privacy policy.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change the cookies we use, we will update this policy and its date. When the change affects what we ask you to accept, the banner will ask for your decision again.
